Exception, on the rarity of a grade discrepancy, an extension of an additional 14 days of receipt of your CGC delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure it is well packaged.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Money Back Guarantee or price adjustment to fair market value of any grade discrepancy.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please ship – signature required. Refunds will not be accepted on lost items.
